Q:   I received your email for the artwork size. Can I send you a PDF  that is  smaller and you can make it larger?
A:  I checked your PDF design,  one tenth of our template. Pls enlarge it to our  template size,  which is what we will see when the product finally comes out.   The words can be blown up without distortion, because they are  vector  elements, but the pictures of man, grass and house are  blurred. The problem  results from low image resolution, because  the original photos are not  vector graphics and cannot bear too  much enlargement.
2) Q: What size  images do you  need for each one? I need to know the images size  to blow them up so they  are not blurred or distorted.

What   images we need is that they can be seen very clear in our  templates. Our  templates are the final size of artworks, 320cm  * 232.5cm for 10 ft curved  display wall and 180cm* 210cm for  Allure fabric tension banner stand. If it  is clear, the  printing shall be very satisfying. High resolution images are   preferred, but do not generally produce better graphic output.  Our printers  are optimized for 72-125dpi files.
3) Q: How do I  get proper  artwork?
A:  You can find a design  company or studio or any technician who can do designs  under  our guidance and requirements of artwork. You can download the   template and related material on our page, or we will send to  you when you  require.
4) Q: Can I sent  you the  logo's wording and photos in high resolution since I do  not have access to  vector graphics and you can lay out as the  mock up that we have now for the  banner?
A:  Hi, we do not have such  service to make customer graphics so far. Sorry
We can make micro-adjustment, such as background color, words  size, and  outlines and change DPI. So your professional design  is very important.
The graphic or image are not a must to be vector graphics, just  ensure that  can be enlarged to the final size as our template  without distortion or  blur.
5) Q: Hi Steve,  you sent me a  message via E-Bay. I am interested in the curved  wall but was wondering if  the fabric will be durable enough?
A:  Hi, dear valued customer,  the fabric is high-flexible material, thick,  Washable and No  wrinkles. The fabric is 250gsm, convenient to transport and   keep. It is with sublimation printing, which ensures the vivid  effect. You  can use our fabric display repetitively for at  least three years.
6) Q: We are  looking to use your product for the back  wall scene of our  theatre play.
We   see there are two sides. Can you print different picture on each  side for  more money? Also, if we buy one, can we get just a new  fabric print for the  next theatre play without need to buy  frame and case?

7) Q: I have only  one  question; what is the resolution of the final printed  result? How "blurry"  will it be? Thank you. - michy_me
A:  We use Mutoh large format  printer 1440 dpi to ensure the high resolution of  printing.
The fabric is carefully selected to ensure the best sublimation  effect.
The sublimation inks are imported from Italy and South Korean.  We will  choose ink solution according to customer's graphic  colors requirement.

8) Q: Do we  get a proof before this is printed?
A: We will print according to your design. Your design will  be checked  by you before sending us, and our technical guy also  will check it carefully  before professional sublimation  printing.
If no problem is with your artwork design, 100% the printing  will be a  success.
If any problem happens, such as wrong spelling, distortion which  does not  exist in the original artwork, we promise to reproduce  until we get it  right.
9) Q: How  long does it take to receive a proof and  then how long after we  approve it does it take before shipping?
A: If you had the ready artwork design, we just need one day  to proof.  One order takes 3 work days to produce after proof.  Usually, we ship from  Beijing China by FedEx economy, which is  expected to arrive at your door  within 4 work days after  delivery.
