will be shipped on a pallet and boxed for maximum protection during transit. Freight carrier and transit time depend on location and services required at the time of delivery.
Warranty
Each new machine comes with an 24-month in-store warranty. Warranty covers all parts and labor against any manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover consumables such as needles, plates, bobbin cases, hooks and items that wear out over time with regular use. Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from mishandling the machine, forcing it to operate under conditions it was not designed for, hooking up the wrong voltage, etc.
