If your vehicle is PATS (Passive Anti Theft System) equipped, this lock cylinder with the non-electronic keys, will
NOT
crank the vehicle; this replacement lock should be keyed to fit your existing electronic key. We can provide this service; see extra services below.

If your vehicle is a 1996 model there are two different lock options. 1996 was a transition year for lock types, with late 96 taking this ignition lock with the plastic ears/face and early 96 taking a different lock which has metal ears/face. We can't tell you which lock according to the mfg. date, you will have to compare the face....they are noticeably different....or send picture of your existing lock. If your old lock has the same black plastic ears, this will be the correct replacement.....please remember above note concerning vehicles which are PATS equipped.
Merchandise Description
This ebay auction is for one (1) Strattec Ford OEM Ignition & Door Lock Set with two regular non-electronic keys. The set includes one (1) ignition lock, two (2) door locks with chrome face, and three (3) regular non-electronic keys...just as pictured.
These keys are NON-PATS and will NOT crank a vehicle equipped with the PATS system.
For an extra charge, we can supply this lock set with PATS/electronic keys...the PATS keys will be unprogrammed and will have to be programmed at the vehicle with special equipment.
Lock cylinders come with the gaskets and the small e-clips that connect the lock pawl/lever to the back of the cylinder...just as pictured.
Lock cylinders do NOT come with the clip that holds the lock in the door and they do NOT come with the pawl/lever that goes on the back of the cylinder...these parts must be swapped over from the old lock cylinders.
These locks are made by Strattec....Strattec is an OEM. Ford buys these parts from Strattec and packages them under the Ford name. They have the same appearance, specifications, and quality as those sold under the Ford name.

This lock comes with three working keys. For an extra fee of .50 per key, we can provide EXTRA keys for these locks cut on Ford logo key blanks
