I not certain that this one was working when removed from my car, but I no longer have a way to test this so it being sold in as is condition.

SHIPPING
Domestic / International Shipping:
Excluding items offering free shipping, buyer is to pay Flat Rate shipping costs. We offer combined shipping and will do our best to safely package as many items as possible into one box.
We package every item with the utmost care and use packaging materials to ensure the best possible protection during transit.
All items valued at or in excess of 0 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
Additional shipping fees are required for locations including, but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and other countries outside the USA.
We Do Not ship to APO / FPO and PO Box addresses.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most domestic orders will arrive 4-7 business days and international orders can take up to 45 days.
orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out Monday. We offer shipping via FEDEX Ground and USPS for domestic shipments,
FEDEX Standard & USPS to Canada, and USPS Priority Mail International for international shipments.
We normally ship the next day after cleared payment but no later than 3 days.
International Shipping / eBay Global shipping Program:
Some of our items qualify for and participate in the eBay Global Shipping Program which allows customers from selected countries outside
of the U.S to order our items.

The item will be shipped to the ebay Fulfilment Center which will process the international shipping procedure for you.
After the item has left out facility, the international tracking code will be provided.
There will be a surcharge which will be billed to your Pyapal after purchase to cover the procedure needed in order to insure a smooth delivery.
It could take up to 45 business days for the item to arrive at you destination.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

Return Policy:
We make every effort to describe each item we sell to the best of our abilities and strive to make your purchase both pleasant and memorable.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of delivery so that we may be able to address your concerns.
If a compromise cannot be reached and you still would like to return the item(s),
we will initiate a final value fee credit request with eBay stating that we (buyer and seller) have mutually agreed to cancel the transaction,
please return the item(s) and we will issue the refund immediately upon receipt of the item(s).
All costs associated with return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance Claim Policy:
We package every item with the utmost care and use packaging materials to ensure the best possible protection during transit. Unfortunately,
some times even the best proactive shipping measures are not enough to prevent catastrophe; for this reason, we insure every package we ship.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or has not arrived after 21calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (International shipments),
please contact us so that we may file an insurance claim. Please retain all original packaging in the event that your item(s) had arrived damaged as

will require photos of the damaged goods and packaging, and a signed claim statement from the buyer/recipient.
A full refund of the original purchase price will be credited to the buyer immediately upon confirmation that the insurance claim has been processed.
Unpaid Item Policy:
Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is expected within (7) days after the auction has ended.
In the event payment has not been received within the specified time frame,
an unpaid item case will be filed with eBay and the delinquent buyer's username will be recorded into our Blocked Bidders List.
