    REMA TIP TOP offers a variety of radial-ply repair units to meet the diverse demands of today's passenger, truck, and OTR tire applications. Due to our fully-integrated blue bonding layer and center over injury design, REMA TIP TOP Radial-Ply repair units are suitable for use with all current vulcanizing systems. For best results, always select the corresponding REMA TIP TOP Stem insert unit, carbide cutter and Special Cement BL (non flammable) or Special Blue Cement (flammable) product for a permanent, reliable repair.
    Can be installed in either chemical (cold) or hot vulcanization systems
    Uses the Rema Blue Bonding System to assure optimun bond between the tire and repair unit
    Reinforced with rayon tire cord, compatible with the dynamic reaction of radial tires
    Air tight top layer of rubber minimizes the migration of air through the repair unit
    Cord ends protected by a special rubber compound to alleviate flex cracking of the repair in severe use conditions
    Construction reduces radial bulge and repair unit dimpling
    Can be "floated" using Rema Tip Top SV Blue Cushion Gum for chemical (cold) vulcanization or MTR Cushion Gum in hot vulcanization systems
