    Description

    Paper brochure for the Lakeview Arms Apartment Hotel (12th at Lake St), 1209 South Lake Street (near Weslake Park), Los Angeles, California, with a National Recovery Act insigna in it, so you know it was from 1933 to 1935.  Brochure measures 4" x 9 1/2" when closed and 15 /4" x 9 1'2" when fully opened. (4 panels, copy and pictures on both sides).  Wonderful pictures of the 1930's hotel/apartment.  Prices were so very reasonable.  I did a googlemap check of this address and the building is still at this same location.  Brochure is in nice condition-no rips, tears or repairs.  From a pet free and smoke free  home-the brochure has no odor. Wonderful history of LA.  Only one like it on ebay.
    For items like this I do not use postal tracking.  I securely wrap the brochure, place it in a mailing envelope, place stamps on the envelope and mail it US First Class Mail, without tracking.  This helps save the buyer to in unnecessary postal fees.
