Vtg 2-Sided Letter-Hotel Martinique NYC Letterhead + Hotel Env & Airmail Stamp

Offered is this vintage two-sided handwritten letter, written on letterhead from the Hotel Martinique in New York City. The letter is undated so I don't know how old it is for sure but judging from the cars in the letterhead picture I would guess the 1920s. Also included is a partial envelope from the same hotel with a US airmail 5c "beacon" stamp from the 1920s. Although the envelope is too small to have held this letter, it seems to be from the same time period. There were numerous other items from this hotel for sale on eBay (mostly postcards), but at the time of original listing I could not find any other letterhead items.
The letter is approx. 9 3/8" x 6" and is in very good condition, with no holes or tears. There are folds and some wrinkling. The pencil writing is still readable. The envelope is approx. 5 1/4" x 3 3/8". About 2/3 of the back portion is missing, as shown. The stamp is intact, with a creased corner and has a "bullet" postmark.
