NOTE the outer sleeve on the box has a cut along the bottom edge (see 2nd photo), it did also score through the facing of the inner box but it is right on the edge so it doesn't stand out (see that corner with the white bit of facing chipped).  The plastic case and paperwork are in good condition and not damaged.  The pen is working and has what appears to be the original ink cartridge.  Some light scratches or fine marks on the stainless barrel.  End clear jewel is in good condition (in the photos there are a lot of reflections on that jewel so it's hard to see clearly).  The Gel grip has signs of handling/wear with light surface indents etc (but there is no ink staining, that gel grip actually may be how it came originally, I took a lot of photos of the finish on the gel grip so you can see for yourself).  I unthreaded the body so you can see the barrel threads etc.  The cardboard inner box and sleeve both show finish indents and scratches.  I noticed the inside of that outer sleeve looks maybe a little discolored (no signs of being used by a smoker though).  Will be packed in a larger box to protect the original packaging.
